– Our purchasing conditions are simple - we base our offer to you on the assumption that the items we are getting will be fully functional and in good cosmetic condition. We don't deduct for normal wear and tear -it is used equipment after all! But if pieces are missing or broken, excessively worn or if an item is non-functional, we will have to address those issues. If you have multiple pallets of hardware or software, we will come onsite to palletize and wrap your inventory; we will arrange freight pick-ups, and we will pay all the shipping costs – not you. We do it all - palletize, remove, and transport the items ourselves – all you have to do is de-install the items and have them ready for us to palletize and remove. Already have everything palletized and boxed up and ready to ship? That's even better as we can pay you more for your items if all we have to do is come get them!
